It was this significant shift in sartorial history that Hedi Slimane harkened back to when he rebranded Yves Saint Laurent in 2013. Slimane’s ‘70s and ‘80s rocker vibes, Sac deJour bags and glitter booties brought the brand back to a modern representation of the youth culture.
